Please read these terms before enrolling at Vijeta Spoken English Classes®. They are also printed in the admission form handed over at the institute.

Rule Amendments
Vijeta Spoken English Classes® reserves the right to amend class rules, schedules and policies at any time without prior notice.

Student Progress
The institute is not responsible for the personal progress or final results of the student, as language acquisition depends entirely on individual effort, attendance and regular practice.

Fee Policy
Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Discipline & Expulsion
The management reserves the right to terminate the admission of any student found violating class rules or discipline, without any refund of fees.

Media Consent
By enrolling, the student or guardian grants permission to Vijeta Spoken English Classes® to use photographs and videos taken during class or events for promotional media purposes.

Jurisdiction
All legal disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
Class discipline
Students agree to follow the 10 Golden Commitments to Fluency. A token contribution of ₹10 per activity applies when a commitment is missed; the entire fund is reinvested in students through the Vijeta of the Year Award.

By signing the admission form, the applicant — and the parent or guardian, if the student is a minor — confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to all the rules, terms and conditions mentioned above.
